Yes. This is the case. A while back there were some dicussions with Sun about finding a way around these licensing issues, but nothing every happened.


However, you can get a copy of the jms jars from the geronimo project:

http://ibiblio.org/maven/geronimo-spec/jars/

We should probably change excalibur's dependencies to use those when possible. Still doesn't solve the javamail issue though.
