in the first case all services seem to be resolved to the same component and in the latter one they resolve to different components. it seems to be a problem with the output only. the app would not work at all if the BufferPool service would be backed by a ProtocolManager implementation...
This has me stumped!
Could you post the generated xinfo files for BufferPool, ConnectionManager, ProtocolManager and SelectorManager?
