The current version of the avalon-meta Maven plugin doesn't seem to like the Java 5.0 syntax enhancements very much. This is actually quite annoying because I'm currently using these extensions extensively, so I either have to comment stuff out for successfull generation of meta information or completely switch to doing it manually -- none of these is really an option.
When will this be fixed or is it already fixed in the trunk? Note that I'm not talking about moving avalon-meta to annotations, it would just be nice if it wouldn't refuse to generate meta informations when I'm using annotations or generics or something like that.
