It points to http://www.dpml.net/avalon/tools/demos/demo.zip and loads at my computer... Did you experience some intermittent disturbance perhaps?? IIRC, www.dpml.net is on the same server system as ibiblio.org, and they have some problems every now and then but typically only last for a minute or so...
