The subject is most defiantly Phoenix specific - however Phoenix development halted some time ago. A fork (the Loom project) was created outside Apache. While Avalon has been forging ahead with the Merlin container platform (which includes legacy support for Phoenix) the James project have not made the jump at this time. Posting here my get some feedback but posting to james dev as will mean your covering more bases.
