Hi Broc,

I just read your post again. With selecting run... and accepting the
defaults in the "run" - dialog you have overwritten the command line
args generated by Studio.

Please open again the run... dialog -> delete the Merlin block entry.

Then select your project again, go to "run as -> run Merlin block"
without opening the "run..." dialog.

This should help.
