Not that I'm misunderstood: Of course, lines are wrapped on-the-wire at
72 columns, usually. But format=flowed gives extra informations, which
allows user-agents supporting this standards to remove them again, to
get flowing paragraphs. Users with legacy UAs won't notice the
difference, while users with a UA supporting it (e.g. Mozilla and
Eudora) get the benefit of nicely wrapping text.
