The only one who is spamming is you. Stop it. And to get from a list you
usually use the UNSUBSCRIBE option. You subscribed and if you are not a
complete re***d you would have taken a look on the page where you found the
SUBSCRIBE option, that is BEONEX.ORG.
So, now knowing what to do you can go a look it up yourself. But in case you
don't here is a step by step instrucion:
1) Send an e-mail with your subscribed adress as sender
([EMAIL PROTECTED]) to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
