Hi Robert.

I am responsible for one of the replies. It is a fact that not only have
I deleted collected addresses in the past, but I also just now deleted 5
more for confirmation before getting back to you. My address book seems
to be working correctly. The instructions given were correct. I haven't
been using Beonex long enough to have a clue what your problem might be.

My only suggestion would be to make sure you are logged in to the
software security device, if that applies in your situation (and if it
matters).
