Dear User's support centre, I'm trying to install and use for the first time Biomart and to do so I'm following the version 0.8 rc4 documentation ( http://www.biomart.org/rc4_documentation.pdf). I've compiled properly and now I'm trying to add a new data source (url mart-like) and I cannot connect through because of our institution proxy server. Could you please let me know how I can configure biomart/martconfigurator to connect through our proxy server?
