Hi All
When I query BioMart for human e61 applying filter for Gene
type(misc_RNA), I get back the result count as 1190. But upon adding another
filter 'Limit to genes with EntrezGeneIDs', I get back 0 result.
Wondering if ensembl is providing cross reference/mapping to entrez id
for non-coding RNAs. Is there a place where I can get entrezids for the
non-coding RNAs in Ensembl.
