Hi Andrea,
In the dist/biomart.properties file, please point the
biomart.registry.file and biomart.registry.key.file to the name of your
registry file e.g:
biomart.registry.file=/home/andrea/biomart/release-0_8-candidate_4/registry/yourReg.xml
&
biomart.registry.key.file=/home/andrea/biomart/release-0_8-candidate_4/registry/.yourReg
is then restart jetty and see if it works,
