Hi , are there any known problems on the affy mogene 1 0 mapping? I tried (via R biomart as well as via ensembl martview) to retrieve mappings for about 200 mogene probe IDs, but the result was quit disappointing, only a fraction of 38 probe IDs was identified. (I'm sure that all 200IDs were correct ones)
