Then I've edited this config to import the other two sources and linking the three tables by the corresponding foreign keys. After that, I've added the ensembl mart as another source and tried to link with the previous three tables by gene ensembl id that is a column of one of the above two tables that are linked to the first one. The problem is that Biomart tells me that I need to create a filter to the attribute that I want to use as linking point, then I create it but the linkage is not working when I try to query the data.
