Dear Anis The tool you are working on looks very useful. I think it is worth sharing your thoughts with the rest of the BioMart community. ( i am forwarding your email the [email protected]). BioMart software package includes a tool MConfigurator that is capable of managing datasets that are derived from the 3NF normalized schema. We are currently working on the Loader module for MConfigurator that is supposed to handle the flat file -> mart dataset conversion and will become an extension to MConfigurator. The Loader module will have some of the features that you mention below,
