Hello everybody, I was wondering whether biomaRt offers an option to obtain the Affymetrix evidence level (core, extended, full) and the probeset uniqueness (unique, identical, mixed) for human exon array probeset IDs, as I could not find any record when using listAttributes on the hsapiens_gene_ensembl dataset.
Just in case, the link to the Affymetrix glossary can be found here: http://www.affymetrix.com/support/help/exon_glossary/index.affx If biomaRt does not offer this option, is there maybe another way to acquire information? Best regards and many thanks in advance, Rene
