Hi Bert,

Things look fine when I access the mart directly from the Reactome web site, but you are right, it isn't working properly when you access it from the ENSEMBL web site. Odd! Perhaps somebody on the Mart users list knows what's going on?

The Reactome BVioMart instance that is accessed through Ensembl (so
from http://www.ensembl.org/biomart/martview/) still gives an error
message when one wants to export results:

As Robin said, we have been having hardware problems recently, sorry for the
inconvenience!  Could you check the Reactome BioMart server again?  It
should now be working normally, though perhaps a little slowly.
