when you say the problem, i assume you are referring to an existing
problem, which is ?
i see the errors you have sent, but reading between the lines makes me
wonder if there was more to it than the two errors.

0x704: I/O transport error: Can't connect to SOCKS proxy:Connection refused
Setting socksProxyHost and socksProxyPort=9000 (in
conf/xml/biomart.all.properties)
0x704: I/O transport error: Can't connect to SOCKS proxy:connect timed out
