Hi,

I have hit a brick wall and am now not sure where to go.

I have a BioMart database generated from an ensembl schema, but the ontology terms are associated with the transcript rather than the translation.

When I run a query and request the Gene ID and the Accession I get a result, but when I request the definition, evidence code etc etc I get an error that reads:

   ERROR: caught BioMart::Exception::Configuration: Attribute
   'ontology_go__dm_dbprimary_acc_1074' not found in dataset
   default.spombe_eg_gene

   If you repeatedly get directed to this error page, there may be a
   problem with your current session parameters. To clear your session

In marteditor I have cleared all the attribs exported, restarted the editor, updated all and then reimported and I still get the same errors.

Does anyone have any clues as to where I can poke around next?

Thank you,

Mark
