I'm beginning to realize that much of my difficulty related to BioMart 0.8 is that I am not materializing my sources. In 0.7 this is done without too much trouble using martbuilder but in 0.8 I am unable to edit the target schema. No matter what I try in 0.8 I cannot modify the target or add relationships. Dragging a key from one table to another does not create a relationship nor can I click and edit the column names in the target. Has anyone else had this experience or am I missing a critical step?
