Dear Administrator, The BioMart portal seems to have been experiencig some problems when dealing with queries to EBI-derived databases. I have queried Ensembl Bacteria 12, UniProt and Reactome and I always get the same result: “An error has ocurred”.
For instance, the XML of a simple query on Ensembl Bacteria 12 looked like this: <!DOCTYPE Query><Query client="true" processor="TSV" limit="-1" header="1"><Dataset name="bac_6_gene" config="gene_config"><Attribute name="ensembl_gene_id"/><Attribute name="description"/></Dataset></Query> This has been happening for some time now, and only in EBI-derived databases.
