I am using Biomart 0.7 martiview perl web application. I need to modify the application to suite my university needs. I am new to perl, and want to understand how the martview perl web applicaiotn is built. Can you please suggest me any resources where I can read about the framework which is used in the the martview web application development. Also, I see that there is Biomart 0.8 version. What is the difference between 0.7 and 0.8? Should I prefer using one over the other? Thanks, Anu
