Hi chaps,
Just noticed that the links for the Ensembl Genomes marts on biomart
central go to www.ensembl.org (ie. vertebrates) rather than the
fungi/bacteria/plants/metazoa/protists subdomains e.g.
http://www.ensembl.org/ashbya_gossypii/Gene/Summary?db=core;g=AGOS_AAR140W
should be:
http://fungi.ensembl.org/ashbya_gossypii/Gene/Summary?db=core;g=AGOS_AAR140W
If this could be fixed, it'd be great!
