Hey you all. Thanks for the reply Arek. Yes i've tried the Biomart sequence retrieval tool of Ensemble, which is much the same as Biomart Central Portal (BioPortal) but still can't download sequences of more than one organism in one single file. I'm trying with the Ensemble API Perl scripts. But if there's any other suggestion, please bring it in!! Thank you all again.
