Hi Jeff,
since MyISAM metadata does not support foreign keys, the software will not
be able to acquire those relationships in the same ways as for InnoDB,
Oracle, Postgres etc. You need to follow the BioMart naming convention for
MyISAM foreign keys. This will allow the software to pick up relationships
automatically. Please refer to the documentation
