Syed, Can you please provide me the EnsembleMartDB configuration xml?
I tried following 2 martURLlocations <MartURLLocation name = "msd" displayName = "My BioMart Database" host = "www.biomart.org" port = "80" visible = "1" default = "" includeDatasets = "msd" martUser = "" /> <MartURLLocation database="unimart" default="" displayName="UNIPROT (EBI UK)" host="www.ebi.ac.uk" includeDatasets="" martUser="" name="unimart" path="/uniprot/biomart/martservice" port="80" redirect="1" serverVirtualSchema="default" visible="1" /> I am able to query MSD mart but not able to query UNIPROT.
