Syed,
Can you please provide me the EnsembleMartDB configuration xml?
I tried following 2 martURLlocations
<MartURLLocation
name = "msd"
displayName = "My BioMart Database"
host = "www.biomart.org"
port = "80"
visible = "1"
default = ""
includeDatasets = "msd"
martUser = ""
/>
<MartURLLocation
database="unimart"
default=""
displayName="UNIPROT (EBI UK)"
host="www.ebi.ac.uk"
includeDatasets=""
martUser=""
name="unimart"
path="/uniprot/biomart/martservice"
port="80"
redirect="1"
serverVirtualSchema="default"
visible="1"
/>
I am able to query MSD mart but not able to query UNIPROT. I get same
error ERROR: requested template missing
Thanks,
Anu
