Hi Falko, I am not surprised. The old interface for ID conversion is far more complicated that the 08 one. (i am cc'ing this email to the users list in case others are also looking for this solution).
Please 1. Go to http://www.biomart.org/biomart/martview/ 2. Choose Ensembl genes 67, Homo sapiens 3. Click 'Filters' 4. Click 'Gene' 5. Choose 'ID list limit' and input your ids 6. Click 'Attributes' 7. Click 'External' and choose the ids you want to convert it to Hope this works for you. Meanwhile, we are looking to fix the 08 id converter a.
