I am trying to setup a BioMart v 0.8 server to use as a general purpose query tool. I am trying to find out more information on what the different options are available for creating Filters and Attributes on a Dataset. I was able to figure out how to setup a drop-down list filter, for example, by clicking around MartConfigurator, but didn't find anything in the documentation that covered all of the different options/properties that seem to be available in MartConfigurator.
Is there detailed documentation available on how/what to set the many different properties on Filters and Attributes? Thanks you so much for your help! O
