Hi, I have a list of Ensembl Regulatory Features IDs, like this:
ENSR00000000011 ENSR00000000021 ENSR00000000024 etc. I'm trying to find a way to get the chr, start and end coordinates for these features, but i can't seem to find the way to do this on BioMart. In the Regulatory Variation mode, I can do the opposite (find features for a given set of coordinates) but I can't see a way to get the coordinates for a given list of regulatory features Thanks!
