I got the following error when I want to load "unimart".
library("biomaRt")
> unimart=useMart("unimart",dataset="uniprot")
Error in read.table(con, sep = "\t", header = FALSE, quote = "",
comment.char = "", :
no lines available in input
The problem is, when the function biomaRt:::bmVersion tries to get the
version number of unimart from the following link (
<http://www.biomart.org/biomart/martservice?type=version&requestid=biomaRt&m
art=unimart>
http://www.biomart.org/biomart/martservice?type=version&requestid=biomaRt&ma
rt=unimart), only "\n" without a version number is returned.
Could you possibly fix that problem?
