Hi Joan, Thanks for the prompt reply. Using the martconfigurator it looks like I can not activate attributes and filters ! I can only activate the top level Access Point. I am using Java 1.7.0_07, could it be the reason that the active tab does not showing up in filters and attribute? Hi Ujjwal, That's a normal behavior. You must add the new group (the current group where is registered user) to each attribute of output and filters. Try this with configurator and you will see attributes you choose! Hi, I am using Scientific Linux release 6.3 (Carbon) with 2G RAM, x86_64 GNU/Linux Biomart installation is release-0_8-candidate_6 On the martconfigurator I can create group and user with Email authentication easily. It does allow me logging in using my gmail account. The attribute and filters do not have anything inside ! Everything seems to be all right when I do not use Email authentication. Any help will be really appreciated.
