Dear biomart team,
I have a list of around 22,000 markers.
I need the respective minor allele frequencies (MAF) from the 1000
Genomes Project CEU (!) for these markes.
Via the biomart tool I always receive the MAF for the 1000 Genomes ALL, or?
How do I get the CEU data?
