I'm using 0.7 to generate a biomart with two datasets
We're using postgres 9.1.1 to host our source database, together with
the generated biomart in a separate schema
We configured the two datasets, collected the sql to build the biomart
& ran that into the new schema
Now when we view the biomart in marteditor, we can do a File | Naive,
but get the following exception when trying to Export
Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.RuntimeException:
Could not lazyload datasetconfig Caught IOException during fetch of
requested DatasetConfig: Not in GZIP format
and if I do a Save All:
org.ensembl.mart.lib.config.ConfigurationException: Caught IOException
during fetch of requested DatasetConfig: Not in GZIP format
Any advice would be really welcome
