Hi Duy, BioMart provides an ID converter tool: (Go to www.biomart.org, 'BioPortal', 'tools' 'ID converter')
where you can convert a number of ids in a batch. However, I am not sure if Ensembl has this particular Illumina type (If not please contact [email protected] directly.
