Hi David, There will be a transition period lasting several months where both 08 and 07 services will run in parallel to give people plenty of time for the move. We'll announce when the transition period starts once the 08 services implementation is finished. (Coincidently, I just talked about it Syed about the plans for that during the text mining meeting in London on Tuesday, so ... yes we want to make it a priority)
