Hi Gang, I am very new to this and have been attempting to build a local biomart with my own mysql database. I started with biomart_0_7 and have had no success. I switched to biomart_0_8/release-0_8-candidate_6 with no success. I have reviewed the documentation and do not understand what to do from here. I am doing this on a SLES 11 VM. Please throw me a bone!
