Dear Georges,

They are attached to S. cerevisiae actually,
See search results over all Fungi:
http://fungi.ensembl.org/Multi/Search/Results?species=all;idx=;q=Dubious%20open%20reading%20frame%20unlikely%20to%20encode%20a%20protein;site=ensemblunit

I'm not sure there is an easy to do it anyway.
I think the best way is to return all protein coding genes with their description, export all in csv format, and then filter the genes based on the description field.

Best regards,
Arnaud

In assembling a database of Aspergillus niger protein-coding sequences I
find that a number of them show the following in the description field:
"Dubious open reading frame unlikely to encode a protein". How can I
filter out such sequences?

Thanks,
      George
