Hi Rafael, If you are interested in version 07 all install docs are available under 'version 07' at www.biomart.org. The new version 08 has a number of new GUIs e.g MartForm, MartWizard, MartExplorer etc. We have discontinued MView as seen in 07 because we were criticised by the users who found this interface not to be intuitive.
