thanks for the quick response. LGPL is fine for me. It is version 2.1
right? Since I would like to use the API in a software tool it would be
good to have a Copyright notice and the license specified somewhere. In
fact, I found the license-notice in the manual of an earlier version of
BioMart, I think it was v0.7 but it probably got somehow lost in the
manual of v0.8.
