a builder is considered old in the UI when it is not claimed by any master.
this looks the case in your infrastructure:

When looking at db api, it looks the same:
https://buildbot.mariadb.org/api/v2/masters/1/builders show no builder.

So it looks like there is a problem somewhere in the builder claim.
