-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello all,
since rev 217 MoL no longer requires MoL_Num_Evolved_Vars to be set in parameter files. Instead it counts the number of evolved variables and allocates memory for them at runtime. Since MoL is a central thorn to many simulations, please take the time to test if your code is not negatively affected by this change, both wrt to correctness of the results (they should not change) and speed of the evolution. The benefit of this change is that users no longer have to count the number of evolved variables for evolution thorns that can have multiple different numbers of evolved variables (GRHydro being a prime example). For the future there are plans to add support to the flesh to make this feature of MoL work a bit more efficiently and also for MoL to itself request the required number of time levels for evolved quantities rather than having the user do so in the par files.
