About 1/3 of the source files, by a very rough count, seem to follow this 
recommendation.  It seems redundant to me.  I can't think of a good reason to 
name files like this, and would support removing the recommendation from the 
user guide unless there is a good reason.  It leads to more typing, which is 
annoying.
