Some other Camel community member is working on a prototype for supporting multiple messages. However his work was done for a client, and they have not agree to share their code. But it should be possible to do. I am afraid, me personally, do not have the time to pursue a solution/feature in the near future. That is why it would be lovely and great if the community could step in and help enhance the camel-xmpp component.
