The oracle error is only there if you use the whole url - you must remove the parameters that are consumed by the camel component i.e. sortEntries=true&consumer.initialDelay=9000 You should then get the feed in your browser if you use: http://www.iafrica.com/pls/cms/grapevine.xml?p_section=weather&p_city=cape%20town
