Actually, I think the setCamelContextId() is only missing on the proxy class.
The export class seems to have it. And the proxy class appears to have the
code to resolve the ID to a context object, so really the only thing missing
is the setCamelContextId() method on CamelProxyFactoryBean. Adding that
should make the <proxy> tag work properly.
