Ah neat idea. The endpoint is created but the producer is most likely
not, so you should be able to intercept it and set the filename as a
header, send it to the ftp endpoint without the fileName parameter.

Since this is annoying problem with the ftp component, we should most
likely look into making this work out of the box. Let me create a
ticket.
