Why do you load the routes like and not using by example as you have a
Spring XML File ?
<camelContext id="camelScan" xmlns="http://camel.apache.org/schema/spring";>
<packageScan>
<package>org.apache.camel.spring.config.scan</package>
<excludes>**/*Excluded*</excludes>
<includes>**/*</includes>
</packageScan>
or using a <routeBuilder/>
