You likely need to install the various featuers in a different order. I would try doing:
features:install war features:install cxf features:install camel-spring features:install camel-jaxb features:install camel-cxf The cxf feature should pull in the full JAXB-API jars and such and POSSIBLY avoid some of the "Refreshing bundles" things.
