No, camel-seda component doesn't support to set the default queue size
for each seda endpont.
You can set the queue size through the uri size operation.

Yes, we can configure the servicemix.queueSize=256 in
servicemix.properties and use<sm:flows> <sm:sedaFlow />... . Once this is
configured, there is SEDA queue for each component.
I was looking for something similar in Camel. At present SEDA
component has to be explicitly used in the route.
