change default table name of jdbc idempotent repository

Hi,

is there right now a way to change the table-name of a JDBC idempotent
repository from defaul value ("CAMEL_MESSAGESPROCESSED") to something else?
Is saw some discussion about it in CAMEL-4152 but no real solution.
